A customer from Egypt without any design ,even could not read CAD files.so we change the design drawings into JPEG formate ,after the rough drawing is confirmed,we make Rapid Prototype model for physical item approval.after the R.P.is ok by customer,we begin our formal tooling making,during the time,we period send process report to help customer follow-up.after the tooling is ready,we send T1 samples for approval.before tooling delivery,we show our customer video recorded for running reference.3 months later,a new order is placed by the same person.
