Quality Assurance is a philosophy embedded in our objectives, policies and procedures. We are continuously improving our processes through investing in training, education and capital improvements. We maintain procedures utilizing statistical process control techniques that enable us to produce consistently high quality products.We are familiar with APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Standardized quality control documentation for Incoming Material Inspection, In Process Inspection, Process Control and Finished Goods Audit. Ability to support customer requested quality control and documentation requirements.

Our material review board meets weekly to discuss every issue, and determine detection and prevention solutions. Non-conforming product is brought to the attention of all employees at our monthly quality meetings, where everyone’s input is considered. And monthly on-time performance is posted on the bulletin board for everyone to see.

Detection and prevention take many forms. Some changes involve the plastic injection molding process, others involve mold changes or inspection fixtures. Using pokeyoke fixtures and designing for manufacturing are some of the other ways we prevent quality problems in advance.

TW plastic molding QC 3 main steps:
First piece inspection;A visual inspection is performed by our trained operators when the first product comes out of our machine ,we check critical dimensions set by customer to identify any rejects.
The molded parts are then regular inspected once again by our experienced QA personnel ,and quality result was recorded at the same time.
Finally, the approved plastic molding parts are packed, and sent to our quality control section for the final quantity,color,weight... Inspection,then they are ready for ship.

TW plastic mold QC 3 main steps:
>>1.Incoming quality control: all steel material and outsourcing standard components will be checked to ensure that they confirm with the demands for the custom plastic mold;
>>2.Inprocess quality control: all the machining and assembling process is under control,we have QC team to check and supervise the tolerance and processed surface to satisfy the requirments;
>>3.Final quality control: upon the completion of the plastic mold,we will have a thorough check for the main size of the trial plastic sample and mold to ensure the every steps havn't be overlooked and plastic quality is ok .
