OIM wird unter anderem f\u00fcr folgende Anwendungen eingesetzt <strong>Autoscheinwerfer und -r\u00fcckleuchten, Brillen, Kameraobjektivabdeckungen und andere Anwendungen, bei denen hochwertige optische Komponenten erforderlich sind. <\/strong><\/p><p>Bei diesem Verfahren wird geschmolzenes Material in eine Form gespritzt, die auf eine Temperatur oberhalb der Glas\u00fcbergangstemperatur (Tg) vorgew\u00e4rmt wurde. Auf diese Weise entsteht ein Objekt mit einem festen Kern, der von glasartigen K\u00fcgelchen aus Glas umgeben ist.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Material f\u00fcr Spritzgussoptiken<\/h2><p>Die am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendeten Materialien f\u00fcr OIM sind PMMA (Polymethylmethacrylat), Polycarbonat und PTFE (Polytetrafluorethylen). <\/p><p><strong>PMMA<\/strong> ist h\u00e4ufig in CDs, DVDs und vielen anderen Konsumg\u00fctern zu finden. Alle folgenden Beschreibungen der Konstruktionsrichtlinien gelten f\u00fcr optische Kunststoffteile, aber auch f\u00fcr spritzgegossene optische Linsen.<\/p><p> Als Faustregel f\u00fcr den Entwurf optischer Linsen gilt zun\u00e4chst, dass man wissen muss, wie das Licht durch sie hindurchgeht. Basierend auf dem gegebenen Brechungsindex des Materials wird eine Linse Lichtstrahlen beugen, wenn sie auf beiden Seiten bestimmte Oberfl\u00e4chenkr\u00fcmmungen aufweist. Daher ist es wichtig, einige wichtige Aspekte der Konstruktion von Kunststofflinsen zu er\u00f6rtern.<\/p><ol class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>Grundlagen: <\/em><\/strong>Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass Licht durch Strahlen dargestellt werden kann und dass sich diese Strahlen in einer geraden Linie durch Kunststoffmaterialien bewegen. Der Brechungswinkel wird durch das Snellsche Gesetz bestimmt, wenn Licht in ein Kunststoffmaterial eintritt. In Kunststofflinsen werden die Lichtstrahlen in zwei sph\u00e4rische Fl\u00e4chen gebogen, so dass das Bild im Brennpunkt auf der gegen\u00fcberliegenden oder gleichen Seite des Objekts entsteht. Auf diese Weise erreicht eine einzelne Linse die gew\u00fcnschte optische Leistung, indem sie die geometrischen Abmessungen und die Dicke ihrer beiden Fl\u00e4chen erzeugt.<\/li><li><strong><em>Toleranzen:<\/em><\/strong> Konstrukteure beachten diese Toleranzen bei der Herstellung von Gussformen f\u00fcr optische Linsen. So k\u00f6nnen die relevanten Prozessbedingungen ermittelt werden, um die zul\u00e4ssigen Abweichungen der geometrischen Abmessungen einer einzelnen Linse und die entsprechende optische Leistung zu bestimmen.<\/li><li><strong><em>Form und Dicke:<\/em><\/strong> Da die meisten Kunststofflinsen mit achsensymmetrischen Oberfl\u00e4chen entworfen werden, werden die optischen Oberfl\u00e4chen der Linsen als Eins\u00e4tze hergestellt und mit einem Einpunkt-Diamantdrehverfahren (SPDT) bearbeitet. Daher ist die Form der Linse f\u00fcr die Montagemechanismen und die damit verbundenen Anschnittkonstruktionen nicht geeignet. Form und Dicke von Kunststofflinsen unterscheiden sich erheblich von Glaslinsen, wenn man das Spritzgie\u00dfen in Betracht zieht.<\/li><li><strong><em>Asph\u00e4rische Oberfl\u00e4chen:<\/em><\/strong>Lichtstrahlen, die weit vom Zentrum der Linse entfernt verlaufen, verursachen in der geometrischen Optik prim\u00e4re Aberrationen. Die asph\u00e4rische Oberfl\u00e4che eines Linsensystems gleicht die prim\u00e4ren Aberrationen aus. Mit dem SPDT-Verfahren kann eine asph\u00e4rische Oberfl\u00e4che recht einfach bearbeitet werden, da ein Einsatz zur Herstellung der Formfl\u00e4che verwendet wird. Derzeit werden asph\u00e4rische Linsen haupts\u00e4chlich in Handykameras verwendet, um die Anzahl der Linsen zu verringern.<\/li><li><strong><em>Athermalisierung und Beschichtungen:<\/em><\/strong> Da Kunststoffe einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen W\u00e4rmeausdehnungskoeffizienten (WAK) und eine temperaturabh\u00e4ngige \u00c4nderung des Brechungsindex aufweisen als Glas, ist die Auswahl geeigneter Kunststoffmaterialien erforderlich, um die Auswirkungen von Umgebungstemperaturschwankungen auszugleichen. Kunststofflinsen erfordern auch Beschichtungen, da eine allm\u00e4hliche \u00c4nderung des Brechungsindexes auf der Linsenoberfl\u00e4che die Durchl\u00e4ssigkeit f\u00fcr Lichtstrahlen maximiert. Die endg\u00fcltigen Abmessungen und Beschichtungen eines Objektivs m\u00fcssen beim Entwurf des Objektivs ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/li><li><mark><span style=\"background-color: var(--qubely-color-5);\" data=\"var(--qubely-color-5)\" class=\"qubely-text-has-bgcolor\">Abgesehen von<\/span><\/mark>ufgrund der oben genannten Vorschl\u00e4ge sollten Objektivdesigner auch folgende Punkte im Auge behalten <strong><em>einige empirische Fragen<\/em><\/strong>. Jede Form von Unterschnitt in der Linsengeometrie sollte vermieden werden, da dies zu Problemen beim Entformen f\u00fchren kann. Es wird daher empfohlen, einen Entformungswinkel von 1 bis 2 Grad zu verwenden, um die Entformung zu erleichtern. In der F\u00fcllphase sollte eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Dicke der Linse erreicht werden, um Lufteinschl\u00fcsse w\u00e4hrend des Formens zu vermeiden. Ein Linsendesign, das flie\u00dfende \u00dcberg\u00e4nge zwischen verschiedenen Dicken erm\u00f6glicht, f\u00fchrt zu einem besseren F\u00fcllmuster, auch wenn die Funktion der Linse m\u00f6glicherweise einen Montageflansch oder -rand erfordert. Nicht zuletzt sollte der Anschnitt immer in einem sichtbaren Bereich des Linsenhohlraums als Index f\u00fcr die Montage positioniert werden.<\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00fchlung von Spritzgussteilen f\u00fcr optische Teile<\/h2><p>Die K\u00fchlung des Spritzgie\u00dfens optischer Teile ist ein wichtiger Prozess bei der Herstellung optischer Komponenten. Der Abk\u00fchlungsprozess ist notwendig, um sicherzustellen, dass die optischen Komponenten ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df geformt werden und den gew\u00fcnschten Spezifikationen entsprechen.<\/p><p>1. Hohe Schmelzetemperaturen f\u00fchrten zu einer deutlichen Verringerung der Profilgenauigkeit der Formen, allerdings nur, wenn die K\u00fchlkan\u00e4le in L\u00e4ngsrichtung angeordnet waren.<\/p><p>2. Wenn diese zu Bewertungszwecken in Wellenfrontaberrationen umgerechnet werden, muss bei der Umrechnung ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, wie die Spannungen die Leistung der Linse beeinflussen.<\/p><p>4. Durch die Optimierung der Prozessparameter entsprechend den relevanten Eigenschaften von Polymeren in optischer Qualit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnen spritzgegossene Linsen eine optimale optische Leistung erzielen. Ein Konturenmusterdiagramm stimmt m\u00f6glicherweise nicht mit der Wellenfrontaberration der geformten Linsen auf der Grundlage der experimentellen Ergebnisse \u00fcberein, aber die P-V- und RMS-Werte der Aberrationen der geformten Linsen sind den Vorhersagen einer Optiksimulation auf der Grundlage der CAE-Flie\u00dfsimulationsergebnisse recht \u00e4hnlich. Mit Hilfe von Mold-Flow-Simulationsanalysen lassen sich daher Eigenspannungen und Profilabweichungen von geformten Linsen genau vorhersagen.
