模具制造所需信息（请尽可能提供）：

1. 产品的详细尺寸和结构（图片应该尽可能详细，有样品或者3维图纸最好）
2. 模具钢材，产品表面要求（steel requirment,and parts’ surface demand）
3. 塑料原材料，塑料产品数量要求(多少我们都做)(plastic material specification,plastic part quantity)
4. 模具腔数要求（mould cavities?）
5. 有无要求热流道？（hot runner?）

塑料制品制造所需信息（请尽可能提供）：

塑料产品制造流程：

客户提供产品信息——报价——确认——签合同——定金——模具开始制造——送样给客户确认——客户确认——模具余款+产品预付款-

批量产品生产——确认出运——塑料产品余款——出运

PLASTIC MOLD AND PLASTIC MOLDING MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR ENGLISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMER

Normal Process for existed or new-developed parts

1. 1.You send us formal drawing , samples or details pictures with size and structure noted;
2. 2.According to your drawing , samples or details picture,we give you price for the mould also for the plastic parts under your detail request for the parts(quantity,surface,weight,plastic,assembly,fitting…);
3. After the mould is ready,we send you samples for your approval;
4. Once you approve the samples, we start to fabricate the parts.

What we need for existed or new-developed products manufacturing;

1. 1.Formal drawing or samples(for mould making); 
2. The quantity ,color and surface quality you want(which decide the mould steel we use,and machining we use to give you a most cost-effective suggestion...) .

We could offer 3D design and rapid prototype for your side.
